I'm a huge guitar geek and this started as a way to make productive use of my time during quarantine. I listen to a lot of Metal and Rock Albums, yet I don't shy away from any other genres. I also appreciate exotic music such as Persian and Hindustani. My favorite bands that I listen to every day are Metallica and Megadeth. I love playing every genre from James Hetfield's clean rhythm parts to Marty Friedman's solos to George Harrison's melodies. I own a Squire Strat and a Fender 10G Amp. I swapped out and replaced the guitar with better strings and a pickup selector. Music has been a great companion for me in every mood and I used music as a reward mechanism for being productive. I also love keeping myself fit. I'm a gym freak and love swimming and running. I was a defender for my hostel's water polo team, which ultimately won gold in my final year. I would say I'm pretty good in breaststroke but I'm learning to perfect my freestyle form and dolphin kick. Sadly, I'm stuck in a stagnant phase of my gym performance. I also do a lot of casual running and I'm planning to complete at least one major marathon (Chicago/Boston). I also watch many sports, especially Football (Soccer) and Formula 1. I support FC Barcelona and Ferrari, and I rarely miss any of these sports events.
